Open Hearts! Supporting Youth Transitioning Out of Foster Care and Into Adulthood

Nothing brings me more joy than being able to share joy! I am so please to report great success with our winter "Neighbor+hood"  drive. Here are just a few of the recipients of your generosity who received a new hoodie  and a gift card to Target. 

We continue to work with a very important but often overlooked demographic: youth  in foster care who are transitioning into adulthood. Join us in supporting their big step!
